Pros

Good location; flexible work schedule.

Cons

To sum it up, they really don't know what they're doing. They changed CEOs 6 times in 6 years, and with every change, half the staff gets fired and they start over. They'll stay in business for a while because their (very outdated) product has a niche in the auto-dealership business (which doesn't like change), but their forays into other verticals won't work because they're trying to build something (compliance software) that's already been done much better by others. Their vision is based on vaporware, but if an employee doesn't go along with the latest CEO's unrealistic take on that vision, they get shoved out. There's absolutely no training or structure; it's sink or swim. What's worse, they're proud of that. If you can't drink from the fire hose, you're obviously not talented enough to be there. Long-time employees are jaded enough that they don't care to help newcomers and will even stab them in the back in order to keep their jobs.

Pros

- Incredible people + culture. - Great growth potential. - Upper management really listen to their employees and keep them in the loop about everything that is going on within the company. - A stable product which is just getting better each day. A lot of freedom in the technologies being used. - Roles are clearly defined and if you want to be recognized, you need to be willing to put in the work. Where isn't that true though? If you ride the line, that is really on you.

Cons

If you are used to someone else protecting your time, you will not do well here. You have to be your own gate-keeper and understand that people are going to need you for a lot of things, and you need to be able to balance those distractions with your own workload. That is true of any company this size.
