      Inconsistency of rewards, bonuses are paid over such a long time period that you don't get the full benefit

      Pros

      I am working for Comtech gor past 18 months. Comtech has small Interesting team, employee friendly. Takes real good care of the consultants, Great exposure, diversified domains, great market connect, has many clients with long term projects

      Cons

      Billing rate is a bit low compared to market rate.
