Pros
I like the people although once you get to know them, you realize they're crazy. I hear the new offices are nice
Cons
Management lets the inmates run the asylum; one, in particular, rules the roost and demands people work on their jobs exclusively and no one else's. Management keeps cutting back on tools or charging recruiters to use them so you can get the resource if you're willing to pay to get it. I've never worked at a sales office where you're charged to get access to resources to help them make money! And for years, the offices did not have working air conditioning! Can you believe working in an office loaded with computers throwing off heat and not having air conditioning! The CEO is not there; her husband runs the place and he's a blowhard and racist. He lost a law suit to his office manager for his racism. His manager is a wimp who the staff steps on. Someone run you get what you put in. Bull. You get what you are allowed to put in and can persuade others to act on and I lost deals because one nut wouldn't submit my candidates and the other wasn't around to do it.
