In May 2018, I first got a call from CONDUIRA & sadli I had my final sem. exams back then but ever since then till today CONDUIRA has been a very supportive organisation. From rescheduling my interviews as per my convenience to helping me find a job satisfaction in every aspect CONDUIRA has been a n amazing companion so far. It's not just a working place, it's another home beacause at CONDUIRA they say 'WE are a family" & they mean it! So I am loving it. I wish to grow and fulfill my dreams by staying connected to this another family I have. 1. People here are intelligent, make smart decisions, work focused. 2. It has huge yet practical ambitions, employees being sharp and brilliant give an edge to achieve goals. 3. Everything is in a process, no dependency, clearly defined verticals, like a giant Tech company. 4. They are releasing great products and have plans to release many. Their tech stack is great. Recommendation algorithm is one of the key milestones they have achieved. 5. Everyone work with full commitment and are disciplined. 6. It is an EdTech but, education knowledge base is robust. 7. Opportunities are growing in this Edtech Sector and Conduira Online is aggressively making good progress 8. Efficiency of employees is >90%. Try to finish everything during work time. Don't take extra load after work.
