Pros

Always work. After the housing bubble burst, when other companies were laying off or going bust, ConeTec was hiring, buying expensive equipment, and buying buildings.

Cons

No opportunities to advance. Poor communications internally and externally. Bad decisions by management lead to failures. Support for employees was limited to what was convenient. Retaliatory actions by management when displeased. Subjective management style with micromanagement tactics undermining any strengths employees brought to work.

Pros

"Working here at ConeTec has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I feel my team, as well as management genuinely care about both the success and well-being of employees, helping to show respect, and a sense of collaboration, and growth. Opportunities for professional development are always encouraged, and new ideas are welcomed and valued. For me, teamwork is a core part of daily operations, and I feel proud to be part of a company that is committed to excellence, innovation, and helping make our industry better.

Cons

Not that I have experienced this, but I know field positions can carry heavy travel, which can be hard for a healthy work-life balance, but this is communicated for those positions to individuals up front, to ensure it's something they understand and accept.
