1. Most corrupt management. Corrupt to the core. People who have worked here long enough will know how to play the game along or else they will chose to leave. 2. HR does not play their role as HR. They will chose sides before even investigate any issues further. Their favorite people will get to stay with salary increment and promotion, where as those who do not want to be part of their cult group will be forced to leave. 3. Male employees especially those who are in the management team, are the worst kind of people here. They look at female employees in a way to satisfy their lust. I will definitely not recommend this place for female employees as it is not safe at all. Anything can happen anytime. I’m saying this because I work here with all kind of human. I’ve heard them talking ill about other female staffs (these are management people that I am talking about). And they are at their best when it comes to portraying themselves as leader where in reality they are not. Staffs here should never take these people as an example if they want to work and develop a healthy working environment. 4. This is not at all a place for you to look for carrier development. Just when I thought of leaving this place due to the corrupt environment, the pandemic hits and I’m stuck. I wish I could have left earlier. Never thought that the very first place where I landed for my carrier would be disastrous. 5. I believe many staffs who left and those who are still working here but refuse to be part of the cult group would have written up reviews about this place and the corrupt managers, yet we don’t see any sort of changes happening to this place. It’s very obvious that their own staff submits good reviews about the company. 6. The toxicity of this place has became even worst. Hiring their friends, promoting their favorite people, salary increment for their clans. They are running a cult organization. End of story!
