I worked at ConnectWise full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

-$8 stipend for lunch redeemable at three different places. -Lots of free snacks, drinks, etc. -Corporate culture is laid back; the dress code is casual. -Lots of interesting work.

    Cons

Executive leadership regularly and adamantly expressed to colleagues (during the regular First Friday events) that ConnectWise wasn't interested in outside investment, and that the company would remain independent. Advice to Management

My advice would be to leave as soon as possible. You may think you're safe, but once private equity gets its claws deep enough into CW, the CW that you now enjoy will be long gone. Your benefits will be cut, your perks will be eliminated, and your jobs will be subject to the whims of someone with a spreadsheet.

I have been working at ConnectWise full-time for more than a year

    Pros

small stipend to eat lunch every day

    Cons

don't know if you will get laid off or not. customers consistently upset with the product and it weighs on you not knowing when they will cut people because they aren't currently making budget. They claim great culture so they can pay less...they definitely pay less but still a lack of culture. Very much like a sorority. no clear direction when you first start, you just need to figure it out. training was horrible...

I worked at ConnectWise full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Pay is good but not enough to keep me there after so long

    Cons

Weekends nonexistent when workload is high. Process rules change depending on need to meet numbers. Different answers from different supervisors on same issue.
