-2 layoffs have occurred since January. Remaining employees have been left to pick up the pieces and as a result are strapped for resources. London office closed. -New VP has infiltrated and makes a lot of people feel uncomfortable via her brazen and crass nature; the founders seem to have handed the company over to her -Low morale -We're lacking the tools to truly get our jobs done; HR is useless -Lack of upward growth -Platform hasn't been updated in years and as a result, looks and feels very outdated. Could benefit from a lot of updates but the dev team is lean and so is money -Computers are old -Company isn't doing well financially, hence the layoffs.
