      Fun and young culture in the London office.

      HR function does not really care too much about employees, more so about protecting the business and C Suite / Directors.

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
