Pros

The food & coffee were nice

Cons

1. The management was horrible. Would not come in when scheduled and would be gone for weeks without communication. Very childish and had favoritism every week. 2. Raise Promises. Was told I was getting paid 22$ to find out it was 11 and promises a raise after 6 months and that never happened. 3. Scheduling sucks never was on top of it and would change the schedule and except us to put everything down for a part time job. The schedule was based off convenience for the management. 3. No support or help when busy with management. 4. When things arent done the way they wanted it to be, we were threatened with a warning. 5. very unrealistic and unreasonable not realizing this is a small job not a real life career and many of us had school and would assume we had availability for when ever management was missing for weeks.

Cons

Title: "Challenges at Coperaco Harrison" My experience at Coperaco Harrison had its ups and downs. While coworkers were supportive, the manager's leadership was abysmal. Here's the breakdown: 1. Toxic Management: The manager's lack of direction and support created a toxic work culture, fostering competition and favoritism. 2. Limited Growth: Opportunities for career advancement were rare, with little investment in employee development. 3. Unrealistic Workload: Constant pressure to meet unrealistic deadlines led to high stress and burnout. 4. Poor Tips: Despite hard work, tips were consistently low due to various factors, impacting financial stability and morale. 5. Manager Absence: The coffee shop consistently remained empty as the manager was seldom present, leading to a lack of oversight and support for the staff. 6. Inconsistent Hours: Despite requests for full-time hours, the manager consistently limited shifts to a maximum of 20 hours, hindering financial stability and career growth. In summary, while coworkers were a positive aspect, the management issues, absenteeism, and poor tips overshadowed any benefits. Proceed with caution if considering employment here.
