Pros
The flexibility of scheduling is definitely the best part. On top of that, management/SLs are extremely understanding about any issues that may come up. If you're a student and need to make your own schedule, this is your job. I love repetitive tasks so it's perfect.
Cons
If you don't like repetitive jobs or sitting in front of the computer for long periods of time, it's not for you. Also, the break policy could use some work.
