Pros

You can schedule yourself whenever you'd like

Cons

No breaks, no talking (or social interactions in general), minimum wage, mentally taxing. You have to constantly work so by the end of it, you want to "garble" yourself.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're sorry to hear that your time working at Copytalk Business Services was a negative experience and would like to discuss the complaints you've raised. Breaks: Because you can schedule yourself whenever you like, you also have the ability to schedule and take breaks whenever you like. We encourage people to schedule breaks during their shifts to avoid mental or physical fatigue (or self-garbing, as you aptly suggested). In fact, you cannot work more than 5 hours without taking a mandatory break. Social interaction: We realize that production-based jobs leave little room for chatter or getting to know your coworkers, so the management team in each office is working to provide more opportunities for socialization in the office, be it small monthly activities or quarterly social events. Pay: Our pay is production-based and our Enhanced Pay metrics are competitive for the office locations. You can make up to $13/hour by hitting performance goals. We also have a great referral program, so you can make $50 for each person you refer who gets hired!

Pros

Very flexible schedule, relaxed work environment (no dress code), competitive pay scale depending on your skill and progression

Cons

General scribe work is extremely monotonous and repetitive. Most jobs cover the same exact topics (stocks, insurance, retirement, etc.)

Pros

Casual dress code and atmosphere. The job itself was ok.

Cons

Zero integrity. Do not care about (most of) the employees. Unprofessional and unfair (there is a clearly established pecking order and favoritism.) Rather than being awarded for your service and loyalty as time goes by, your benefits get taken away.
