We're glad that you enjoyed the flexible scheduling that we offer but are sorry to see that you have an otherwise negative outlook on the company and your experience working with us. The management team in each office is tasked with keeping our scribe staff productive so that we can stay on top of the queue and turnaround time. This also pushes everyone to improve their performance and make well above minimum wage. Each employee has the opportunity to earn up to $13/hour by hitting Enhanced Pay metrics and is encouraged to work with a manager to help attain those goals.
