      Pros

      Owners that care. They are invested in the success of the people and the business. Excellent benefits and pay that rival much larger companies. Cranemasters has a family feel to the business with a personal touch for the employees. You are not a number

      Cons

      Pay is good and OT benefits are very fair. Cranemasters is an emergency responder for rail services. Unfortunately, on-call jobs are not for everyone. The hours can be demanding but if you don't mind on-call work the pay is good and the work is rewarding.

      Pros

      Excellent compensation and Great teams to work with and grow in the railroad industry. Someone wanting to get into the industry or has knowledge of it already would definitely benefit from this company.

      Cons

      It does require out-of-town work and on-call services. Even though this is a demanding environment, you are taken care of and compensated.

      Disorganized, emotional, directed by 'good ol' boys'. Racism and favoritism run rampant.
