That said, we are very concerned by the serious allegations mentioned regarding misconduct and management practices. We would like to state clearly that we take any accusation related to abuse of power, harassment, bullying, or safety extremely seriously. We were not made aware of the specific situation described, which is surprising given the multiple secure, confidential, and independent reporting mechanisms in place for employees to raise such concerns. These systems exist specifically to ensure situations like those described can be reported safely and investigated thoroughly. We strongly encourage anyone experiencing or witnessing inappropriate behavior to use these channels so that appropriate actions can be taken.
