      minor culture clashes can occur from time to time, due to legacy merger and past lack of proper integration - but nothing that can't be overcome with patience and focus

      The workers are great. I had the chance to work with some really tallented people.

      Cons

      The management at CRI is overly authoritative and often lacks direction. They are quick to terminate employees, so if you consider taking a position here, proceed with caution. Human Resources cannot be trusted as an ally; reporting any issues of misconduct may result in your dismissal.
