Nowadays they have their own product which is used for all the projects. This product is designed and used only by crimsonLogic so you have ZERO career growth opportunity. Company doesn't believe in smart work. They want those who can work for late hours and give up their personal life. HR (SDC) team really encourages this. Appraisals are based on your relationship with manager, not your work. Head office is located in singapore and development office is in India. So be prepared to be treated like dogs from the singapore employees.
