Good product with a great name in the industry. Environment was fantastic. Flexible in the organization. Dynamic, with good relations with other vendors.

Just one solution, that was a limitation to grow. Support for third part vendors was so complicated. Poor channels development.

The people at Crossbeam were all very conscientious, were very good at what they did, and worked together as teams. There was opportunity to grow there when I first started. They have a very interesting, technically complex product.

Business model that depends on independent software vendors IP is a non-starter. Company cannot grow as currently configured, and growth opportunities disappeared for employees. Investor buyout has triggered severe austerity measures, including downsizing by >25%; company stock options vaporized as part of buyout.
