Okay place to get some experience, but look elsewhere if you are already good at what you do. Ultimately, it wasn't a very fulfilling or enjoyable place to work, but I walked out with more experience, and that mattered to me at the time.

Old-school leaders & leadership techniques are used in a young and modern digital space, and the two just cannot co-exist peacefully. Csek attempts to come across as a young & hip creative business, yet is being managed by older corporate, profit-driven types. It's weird, and makes for high employee turnover. Nice office space. However, the high rent comes at the cost of part of the employee's already low salaries.

A large variety of projects to work on, along with networking potential with Kelowna businesses.

High-stress environment with condescending management and ownership. Cliques and office politics tend to overshadow teamwork and collaboration.
