- very high attrition. Hard for work flow to go smooth because of lack of employees and always training new people and then they don't stay. - management wants to waste a lot of time with meetings that don't benefit anyone. - management wants you to do things on your time with out compensation. - gas stipend is a joke. - no room for growth. - most employee's are stressed and disgruntled. - management has so many fart sniffing meetings, they are not in tune with what's going on. - almost no women or ppl of color, none in any management roles.
