Curalate is an inspiring place to work. Extremely driven and intelligent employees, almost total transparency and exciting work are just a few of the reasons why I love Curalate.
The product is amazing, and the depth of technical talent is insane.
The Opportunity to work in multiple different disciplines is enormous, and that experience is an invaluable addition to anyone's resume.
Cons
As a later stage startup, we are going through some growing pains typical to a company growing so quickly.
The company culture is pretty much all about drinking. Drinking is fine and its a great part of any culture, but (as someone else noted) it shouldn't define us.
Very low compensation for the amount of hours worked. It's not a nine to fiver, which is fine, but for the amount of hours you're expected to work it definitely can absorb your whole life. It's hard not to be a little irritated when you're being paid almost 20k less than comparable positions elsewhere. Add to that a very limited amount of added benefits and a difficult work life balance and you'll struggle to keep the excitement/passion going.
