      everyone I worked with really cared about the company and our customers, and was really helpful to supporting the clients.

      too many silos, often doing double work because we were using two systems to track customers.

      No Pros to think off, extremely poor management.

      Cons

      * No proper lead, no one is there to answer, all they want people to work on their own and if it gets blocked you are screwed. Technology head is not even available and blames us for not getting work done.
