1. Excellent team environment with helpful and skilled colleagues. 2. Transparent and approachable HR and leadership team. 3. Timely appraisals with good salary hikes based on performance. 4. Work life balance is well respected. 5. Opportunities to learn, contribute, and take ownership, AI first approach.

1. Some internal processes can be streamlined further as the company grows. 2. More cross-team collaboration initiatives could enhance visibility and innovation. 3. It would be great if the company could consider including parents in the health insurance coverage. This is a geniune need for many employees.
