Pros
Interesting projects. People working there are good and really know the job. No one is standing over your back and constantly asking when you will finish. Many people working there have been employed there for many years.
Cons
A lot of work was down town in the high-rises so parking was always a hustle and sometimes they didn't reimburse you for it if you had to pay to park. Also if you had to drive from one job to another you were responsible for the expenses incurred.
