Pros

*Had* work from home option, but recent changes mean that's going away if you do poor work Don't really need to talk to anyone if you don't want to Not physically laborious

Cons

Horrible institutional issues deep within the company. Care more about sales than what product they can actually produce. If you are on the production end of things, you will not be respected Need to report what you're doing every second of the day

Pros

My incredible and extremely knowledgeable coworkers.

Cons

I had no issues with this company for a long time and genuinely enjoyed working here until recently. Lately though, management has become increasingly disconnected from hourly employees. There’s constant micromanagement, poor communication, last-minute schedule changes, and massive last minute projects with unrealistic expectations and little to no appreciation afterward. What really hurt morale was seeing how disposable employees are treated despite promises of stability and opportunity. The pay does not match the workload or stress, and from what I’ve seen, many positions don’t even meet national average pay rates for similar work. Leadership feels completely out of touch with the reality of the people actually doing the work, and employees are expected to constantly sacrifice their time and energy while being treated as easily replaceable.
