Pros
The existing 32FT Trucks fleet of 25 vehicles has been turning around with positive margins. The display that the old fleet is eating away the profits and Repairs & Maintainance should be replaced with the new ones. CNG in city fleet operations in the north region and NCR has been a new setup for a good turnaround story.
Cons
When a company is set on a trajectory of growth then the funding has to be sufficient & for a base of 100 CR every month you do need to sustain a business of 8 cr monthly. For this business, the resources, infrastructure & new build-up requires an investment of approx 12 to 15 cr immediate basis.
