Your rating is good. In a few areas, you have signaled that you see further potential for optimization, especially management. We appreciate your feedback and advice to management that clear goal planning and defined career paths are more beneficial than a pretty policy that no one follows. We are sure management can help by developing a plan for employee advancement, from scheduled raises to increases in responsibility levels and training for new skills, which can help you advance within the positions even without full-scale promotions but within the scope of our possibilities.
