Toxic work environment, endless micromanagement

Good terms and conditions. example working flexi. great if you have a young family. good pension. I personally was deployed as a civi to campbastion supporting our boys on front line. one of the best thing's I have ever done !. it was great working along side the military. you realise how professional and well trained these people are. I am very proud to say I worked along side them.

The biggest challenge's working within dsg I can only speak about the site I work in. most of the management have only ever worked for the mod and as far as I am concerned don't have a clue. the military encourage ideas. any you make to dsg falls on deaf ears because its to much hassle to put them forward and they are investers in people but invest as little training as they can for boys on shopfloor who are the bread and butter for the company.
