Pros
They have some pros and cons. But I know for a fact, that most reviews here are fake and it pretty useless to read here any review. Unfortunately, I took this job because I saw such good reviews, which not all true. Anyway cons are: Give u a chance to experience with new technologies. Young environment. Yearly salary conversations.
Cons
This is really bad thing to write fake reviews. People reading this to know if they want to work in company or not. Most of programmers are new and not experienced, which means you don't have any one to rely on to improve your code technique. Salary is OK, but all the other benefits are pretty bad. It's a project company, and they should mention it. It's makes a lot of difference.
