Pros

Great location and ski pass discounts- that's what most people in the area are there for There are some really great people at the company and you get to meet people from all over the world. Typically there is room to move around departments

Cons

Does not pay nearly enough for the area- frustrating to see that fast food jobs in the area start higher than many of the hourly rates at the ranch. Communication is a major weakness. Employee housing has seen better days and the housign coordinator is flaky about coordinating and lining up arrivals. While discounted, be prepared to have strict rules about people staying and cameras in comon spaces consistently monitored, althoug soem housing optiosn more than others. They are cutting corners a lot for a company that pides themselves on a luxury experience. This seemed to be due to pressure from the owners.

Pros

The whole Accounting Team. Amazing to work with. Resume development Housing provided

Cons

My boss would regularly tell me to "shut up and color" if we disagreed on a hiring decision. My boss was the Human Resources Director so it was very challenging. Lack of accountability in leadership Unorganized at Manager and Director levels
