      san diego culture is pretty relaxed compared to more industrious companies in comparable biotech cities (SF/Boston)

      you probably won't be appreciated by your boss who has a lower pedigree than you because he/she has been there for 10+ years and has a lot to protect

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding
