Pros
After working here I can now say I was wrong in thinking I knew everything I needed to do any job in this field. I have learned so much from this company and now I am stronger than ever when it comes to doing my job. I know the skills I have acquired here I can take anywhere and be successful. When I started with Diamond Coast I would say I was pretty successful in the business world and did not think I needed any training in the arts of managing people, marketing products or producing results with sales.
I am so proud of being a part of this company and the growth I have experienced in just the short time I have been here. The management really cares about your success, they work hard to make sure you have all the knowledge you need to be successful. I love the fact that we have clients that already are well know for quality and top of the line products and services - makes the job so much easier. Our clients come in and personally train us on their new products which I love as well. We do charity events together as a team and fun team building nights.
Cons
This job requires you to do Direct Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service - face to face with consumers, so if you have issues talking to people this may not be the right position for you, but if you love people like I do then Diamond Coast can only help you communicate and understand people better.
