Pointing fingers and political environment. understaffed and make people work insane hours including weekends and public holidays in a stressful environment. Management stressed out and lean to be sadistic at the workload. Higher management at the program are unqualified leaders. chaotic work environment because of the politics of the program management and each wants to move their agendas, conflict of interests between subcontractor and actual staff that put the company's staff at disadvantage. It would be much better to work as a subcontractor than to work directly for the company. no parking places and you need to pay for parking and walk for a while to the office once you find a parking place.
