      Pros

      -Biggest Greek Companies as clients. -Good facilities,PC's etc -Nice people in all fields and positions. -state of the art projects (for Greek standards) -Private health insurance

      Cons

      -Too many working hours. -Money. For that kind of projects, salaries should be much higher. -Managers. They can't lead, they can only point to failures etc.

      Pros

      Great portfolio. Huge clientele. A few very skilled and motivating directors. A good name to carry on your CV.

      Cons

      Unlimited working hours, huge payment delays and no benefits, poor communication, outdated and extremely slow project mamagement, management fails to adapt to the new era. Especially the general manager, who carries 1980s sales ideas
