Terrible Management - Anonymous employee Direct Marketing Association Employee Review

My manager was the most condescending human I've ever met and because he had such a chummy relationship with the department head he got away with everything. This company is about who you know, they think they are doing something amazing but really companies do not need to come to them. They add no value to their members.
