-Exceptional management. -Supervisors are supportive and understanding. -Hours are flexible and the PTO policy is fair. -The environment is positive and supportive. -The clinic is wonderful, clean, and well managed. -DBS is truly decided to the success and growth of each client. -They provide you will all the necessary tools and guidance to be successful in your role.

-Data entry software could be improved. -Tablet provided upon hire can be difficult to work with.

the amazing clients , getting to take time off whenever and call out whenever

Cons

lack of support from supervisors and directors, toxic work environment created by supervisors and technicians, lack of hours and pay, full time does not exist at the company most you work is 15-25 hours a week
