Cons
The management won't care about the employee and they will send mail as a blackmail.. If you aren't do, we will take severe action like that. The atttitude of management is really worst and I've seen two faces before and after notice periods. While you are in notice period, chatting with friends is also offense. Management will pressed you into juice and they won't give you the proper appraisal since they are telling useless reasons..
