Location Nice offices Some managers are absolutely fantastic but they are not given the necessary resources to do their job

Slow-decision making processes Very old processes and no willingness to change Total lack of autonomy Poor management Lack of resources and people treated like commodities Long hours due to 'meeting culture' which makes you come early and stay late because you have no time to work with all these compulsory meetings
