Pros
The people that work at DSW are very intelligent people that like to have fun. Everyone gets to know each other really well.
The ownership is very involved in the company and wants everyone to succeed, not only the company.
The company likes to acknowledge it's employees with outings, lunches, and competitions for prizes.
They also have monthly meetings where everyone attends and they go over the financials, any new products, what are some upcoming events for the company, etc.
Cons
Older building that was renovated as an open concept office to accommodate for the growing number of employees. It is fun atmosphere though, so it is only a negative if it's a personal preference. Otherwise, totally positive!
