Pros

A lot of money long term if you dedicate your life and soul to the company.

Cons

Working hours are a strict 7-5pm. Lack of training. Can't ask technical questions to management until after 5pm. Often times you are required to stay well past 5pm to mock a proposal and get questions answered. Culture is no fun at all. You don't get commission for about 2+ years. You must break your base salary in commission in order to receive commission... Will take years to accomplish that, but if you stick with it good for you. Still no job security if you under perform. The monthly quota is completely unattainable and no one usually even gets close

Pros

Great team, opportunity to grow, you have a chance for your ideas and voice to be heard. Friendly workplace with people who are willing to help each other.

Cons

There is room for improvement in process standardization and communication between departments. Other than that, it's not too much of an issue.

Pros

An abundance of highly intelligent team members. Encourage initiative and creativity. Embrace AI and emerging tools and frameworks. Active engagement of best practices and continuous improvement. An organizational structure that is succeeding to engage and develop complex new solutions and offerings. An impressive roadmap. Noticeable growth, actively hiring, offices are growing. A great work life balance. Regular team lunches, great office environment and amenities. I found a challenging job, where I am actively learning new tech stacks, and tools. I can see how my contributions benefit the organization. This is the first job where I actually look forward to each day, constantly challenged, and never bored.

Cons

I probably want to work more than I should. So I push myself some weeks and end up working more hours, mainly learning and experimenting, for the purposes of making myself more effective in my role.
