Pros

The best reason to work at EF is the people. They are skilled at hiring really cool employees and you get an instant social life. They also are extremely generous with vacation time and the benefits are really good.

Cons

The pay sucks. The amount of work that you are expected to complete in a normal day is almost impossible due to meetings that they schedule. You are just asked to stay late or come in on saturday till you get it done. You have customers yelling at you from time to time. It's phone sales so can be boring and monotonous.

Pros

You get to choose your tour and recruit the students you want to bring. The paid chaperone ratio is 6:1, so it is very manageable. The tours are great and the local experts are wonderful.

Cons

Company support is variable. There is high turnover and new consultants are very sales motivated and don't always get the nuances of your school or community group. I have had some WONDERFUL concusltants, but they have always been promoted before I get to work with them again.
