Business outlook
Pros
--A fantastic experience teaching and having spiritual experiences with the youth. --Great working environment, with lots of good counselors to work with. --Fantastic place for personal growth and serving others. --They feed you --They house you the weeks that you work --If you get to BYU, they will get you to your sessions.
Cons
--Not a ton of money, this is something done more for the experience. --It is not always certain that you will get to work the entire summer, sometimes my coworkers didn't get very many contracts
