      Paychecks didn't bounce. (Five words!)

      Cons

      Fanatical devotion to the use of phone audits, even when the size or complexity of an account makes an on-site physical audit the logical choice. Raises are small and rare. Review process requires lengthy self-appraisal, which is then ignored.

      Management seems to care. Work life balance.

      Doing the work of a senior adjuster but they will not give promotions even though the adjusters do the work, for a lower pay.
