Career start is quite easy. Diverse projects. Corporation style with clear career paths. Freedom to choose projects, change technologies, learn new things when you offshore. A lot of standard learning possibilities.
Cons
Weak focus on the individuals, great talent is not the goal, average talent is really the driving force of the business. Weak management styles. Lack of good quality feedback. Too many juniors around. Company is focused on linear growth rather than on developing existing people, accounts, projects and deepen the expertise. The "package" is weak, office and working conditions in some offices standard without focus on ergonomic / health issues. Salary is below expectations of many people. A lot of practices are introduced which are not fully understood by people or poorly communicated and are not thought trough prior their roll out.
