Pros

You would ruin your career if you join here. If you're good with politics it may be good place for you. Projects are terrible. You would lose your skills, you would be working in low quality projects of their clients who choose EPAM for the low cost labour. Because of this terrible work quality and bad culture in general EPAM has a high attrition rate.

Cons

Some managers are very toxic and passive aggressive, Hr is very entitled and arrogant, when you have any issues never rely on them they make it worse. They won't pay you for the cost incurred when working remotely like for internet bill etc. If you require any additional devices for work it would be rejected or you would be asked to pick it from an office which is in another part of the country. Overall a terrible place to work with a very bad culture. There are multiple incompetent managers working here who happens to be here as a result of Alliance services getting acquired by Epam in 2015. This people are part of the reason for creating a terrible culture.

Pros

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.

Cons

In some cases, coordination across teams can take extra time
