Revolutionary Product Ruined by Horrible Leadership - Social Media Manager EXUSMED Employee Review

The leadership had assembled a great advisory board of diverse and talented individuals in the field. The team was also very diverse and capable. And the product Latham had come up with was amazing.

I’ve read the reviews about managment and I can tell who wrote them, some crazy ex-marketing employees who joined together to destroy the company. I wish management had gotten rid of them as they destroyed this start-up by spreading lies about the CEO, Latham Staples. It was also a startup, so little funding. Something those references above didn’t understand.

-A product that is clearly needed and necessary in the health care industry today! I truly believe this will revolutionize the health care industry in ways we could not imagine. -Exceptional team who always puts forth their best effort and are all extremely passionate about this company which makes it that much more enjoyable to be a part of. -Great benefits. -Management that truly cares about their employees and wants to see them succeed. -Exciting opportunity

-This is a start up company, so the only con is that it's a bit of a roller coaster as is expected. It depends on funding and getting jump started, but once it does I have full confidence it will take off and be successful.
