Interview process was standard and seemed normal.
Cons
I purposely submitted work that would reflect diverse student populations, and I unfortunately was not surprised that it was not appreciated. In working for a company, I look at the diversity of the people who work for the company, the diversity of people in power, and the diversity that is reflected in the work. I was sad to say all three of these were lacking. I am grateful for the experience, but definitely dodged a bullet.
