Pros
In five years at Effective Coverage, I've always felt respected and valued. If an employee steps forward with actionable input and a business case for it, they can expect to see it implemented quickly, and to be consulted for ideas in the future. Having arrived here after a number of years in a national telecommunications company, that was a welcome (and surprising!) change. The company has gone through rapid growth and change, but the core values and respect for employees remains. I have colleagues I respect, I have a great work environment, and the work I do actually matters.
Cons
Some people are turned off by the fact that the company focuses on talent from within, which means most people at the bottom position in their respective field. I don't see that as a bad thing, it's actually given me more growth opportunity than I might have had elsewhere.
