I love working here! The management is so supportive and understanding. This company believes in a good life/work balance. You have to come prepared to work every day because you get really busy after you've been here a while. I love building relationships with my clients. It is very rewarding to watch them grow. Great benefits, good hours, and working with some amazing people are some of my favorite things about EDMS!

Accruing PTO sometimes feels like forever before you can take a day.

Great Co workers and Management, really know how to appreciate employees. Push you to do your best and are always there to help you achieve goals above your own .Base pay plus commission, One can make very good money. Had free food for us during special occasions. I had to part my ways due to personal reasons, or I would still be there.

None really, other than you wont see the increase of pay. until about 3 months or so, but when you do its worth it. They had charge backs . but from what I heard they no longer do those .which is huge! Health insurance was high especially if you have a big family.
