Executive Leadership has changed and make decisions without input and with lack of transparency leading to poor decisions that add more work for program staff and aren’t in alignment with individual program needs, goals, and sometimes requirements. Doesn’t respect the historical knowledge that program staff contribute. Makes the work more difficult than necessary. Also frequent turnover in fiscal team has create constant challenges for program management, impacting day-to-day operations.In equitable wages and favorites receive increases. Increased workload without compensations. Lack of clarity
